Important Information Regarding Room Scheduling on the Duluth Campus of The College of St. Scholastica
Facilities on the Duluth Campus are now available for web requests. COVID-19 capacities have been updated in the virtual EMS system. Organizers should not plan events for spaces that exceed the capacity of the room(s) requested.
A COVID-19 Event Safety Management Plan via Google Forms must be submitted and approved for each event. Please fill out the form below and it will be reviewed before a booking can be confirmed. For questions regarding this plan, contact Mike Turner at 218-723-6387 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Requests will be reviewed and confirmed as approved on a first come-first served basis. Same day requests may not be scheduled. The Scheduling Committee meets on Thursday mornings for review. Please plan your requests accordingly. Questions can be sent to email@example.com.
In order to request space, please log in using your Cor username and password.
Once logged in, select a template in the Reservations menu in the toolbar or choose one of the locations below to make your request:
